Join us for a four-course dinner and beer pairing with IMBĪB Custom Brews. Our menu is fresh and new for the fall season so come savor new bites deliciously paired with local brews.

Enjoy an evening of great beer, food and friends while learning about each of the unique beers straight from the brewmaster himself.

Course 1
Crab Cake with Dharma Saison
Dungeness, lump and back fin crab blended into a delicious cake served with chipotle aoli.

Course 2
Scallop Diablo served with Golden Child Belgian Ale. Large scallop wrapped in house made duck prosciutto, with a touch of house hot chili sauce.

Course 3
Lamb Lollipop served with the Red Rye. Herb crusted pan seared lamb riblet with house potato.

Course 4
Bison Slider served with Freshy IPA.
Shredded bison enriched in its own demi on a soft roll with coleslaw.

Dessert
Nevada Weisse Berry Beer served with Chocolate Whiskey Cake with strawberry and whip cream garnish.
